If the condensation temperature is too high, it will cause the exhaust pressure of the compressor to be too high, and the exhaust temperature to rise. This is very detrimental to the safe operation of the compressor and is prone to causing accidents. At the same time, it will reduce the efficiency of the refrigeration device and increase energy consumption. From the perspective of energy saving, in the design of refrigeration equipment, a relatively high condensation temperature should be appropriately selected, that is, a larger condensation heat exchange area should be configured to achieve the goal of actual energy-saving operation. 

From the perspective of operation adjustment, the refrigeration equipment should be operated at the lowest possible condensing temperature to enhance the refrigeration efficiency and reduce the operating costs. The condensing temperature is determined by the temperature, flow rate, flow velocity, condensation area, exhaust volume of the compressor, as well as various factors that affect the heat transfer efficiency of the condenser, such as air humidity, oil contamination, and scale formation. 

To minimize the condensation temperature, the main approaches are as follows:

Maintain the cleanliness of the heat exchange area and eliminate factors that affect heat exchange, such as timely descaling, oil discharge, and removal of non-condensable gases;

Control the flow rate and velocity of the cooling medium to ensure that the cooling medium flows uniformly over the heat exchange area; and pay special attention to the uniform distribution of cooling water in the condenser. 

When the system equipment is operating at partial load, special attention should be paid to simultaneously controlling and regulating the pump or fan load of the condensation system to avoid ineffective heat exchange power consumption. Because the total energy consumption of the refrigeration equipment includes the energy consumption of the compressor and the energy consumption of the heat exchanger pump and fan.
